Projects Galore

My boys are uber obsessed with projects.  If I want them to do anything all I have to do is promise that we are going to do a project and they are so willing to help.  They love making and creating anything big or small.  This week we decided to finish decorating the ghosts and monsters we painted last week.

Both of them are so intent on their projects.

And so proud of what they have made.  I love their masterpieces and their desire to decorate our whole house with their art.
During naptime we decided to make a spider hat with lots of eyes and bouncy legs.

Hunter slowly and intricately took the time to decide exactly where each eye and leg should be placed.

For Family Home Evening we decided to make homemade pizza and homemade Halloween sugar cookies. 
The boys loved helping out but don't let their happy innocent faces fool you, it was a bit of a wrestling match keeping them from eating and flinging all of the dough around the kitchen.

Luckily they are so stinking cute that they can get away with almost anything.

After dinner we took turns decorating the cookies.  The boys loved spreading the frosting, dropping the sprinkles, and decorating each cookie.

The night was so much fun and so yummy.
